ABOUT
Dr. Bacıoğlu primarily focuses on capital markets, corporate and commercial transactions, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.​​
She has extensive experience in capital markets. She has been involved in numerous initial public offerings and advised publicly held companies regarding compliance issues in general, including corporate governance. She is also very experienced in regulatory compliance, including derivatives transactions, structuring of capital markets operations of foreign financial institutions in the Turkish market.​​
She has vast experience in corporate structuring and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate maintenance, formation and structuring of company groups. She has advised foreign clients regarding their investments in Turkey from corporate law and contracts law perspectives.

She is a member of Ä°stanbul Bar Association since 2012. She speaks Turkish, English and French.
